I hope this works out for you, it sounds like an interesting concept (and yummy too!!). One thing I have noticed since I started running is that I look at food differently. Before I eat or drink something I always try and make sure it has some nutritional value that will benefit my body and my running. Oh, and GREAT JOB on your first 10k!!
